Dear Sylvia, Today is the D.C. premiere of The Same Heart, the new documentary film exploring the problems children face around the world. Tickets are still available at the door, or for purchase through Ticketmaster, if you are in DC and available to attend. But regardless, you can join us in the movement this movie is building!
When: Thursday, March 31st. Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm. Where: Howard Theatre, 620 T St. NW, Washington, DC 20001 Please show your support by signing onto a statement we joined with the Child Labor Coalition, The Same Heart Financial Transactions Tax Petition, which calls on the U.S. Congress to implement a small financial transaction tax, funds from which would be dedicated to help meet the unmet needs of children in the U.S. and abroad. If you have to miss the screening but still want to see this provocative film, you can find it here. Take your action to the next level by hosting a screening!
